This month’s Project Spotlight comes from our Maple Shade, NJ office!

When a clogged pipeline caused an adhesive buildup inside a tank, our crews responded early and worked efficiently to resolve the issue safely.

Upon arrival, the teams conducted pre-trip inspections, mobilized to the site, and completed a safety tailgate while setting up decontamination and air monitoring. After confirming safe conditions, the crews suited up in proper PPE and entered the tank to begin removing the adhesive material.

The team filled and removed multiple buckets of adhesive into 55-gallon drums to access the blockage. Air monitoring was conducted continuously, with levels remaining within a safe range throughout the operation. Crews rotated as needed to maintain safety and efficiency while ensuring the blockage was fully removed.

Strong communication, a focus on safety, and teamwork led to a successful outcome—great work by everyone involved!
