When we discovered a chemical spill in our science lab, I am glad I made my first call to First Call Environmental, LLC. From first contact to final update, First Call was top notch quality service. The First Call team out of Augusta, GA responded quickly, worked with all agencies on scene, helped orchestrate the process, and provided a safe cleanup of the situation. Tyrell Morris and his team on scene were professional, organized, and kept everyone apprised of the process. They were able to remediate the issue with minimal disruption to daily schedules for inhabitants of the building. When getting ready to transport the waste and cleanup, Darryl Roberts and Tyrell were informative and expedient. Mike Way was extremely helpful with the processes we needed with our Procurement department and all coordinating paperwork. We could not have done this without the entire team at First Call Environmental, LLC. Thank you to everyone from VA to GA.
