July’s First Call Focus is on our Greensboro, NC field office. Greensboro was named in honor of a Revolutionary War General, Nathaneal Greene, and is the third-most populated city in North Carolina.  After the Revolutionary War, the town grew to become a huge hub, particularly the textile industry where they got their nick name, “Jeansboro.”  However, now the city is known as “Tournament Town” for its wealth of athletic venues such as courts, fields, stadiums, and pools.

Sitting within the Rolling Hills of North Carolina’s Piedmont Region, our Greensboro field office is located only an hour away from our Raleigh, NC and Charlotte, NC field offices.  These three offices create a service coverage triangle around the heart of North Carolina which allows our ETA times to be no longer than an hour to reach the middle of the state.

Holly Brubaker is our Area Manager who oversees the day-to-day operations at this field office.  Holly was born and raised in Winston-Salem, NC.  She started off at the Greensboro office as a Hazardous Material Technician in April 2022 and then was promoted to Area Manager in February 2023.  Holly’s genuine connection with her staff and her office’s exceptional ratings on the job has heightened the standard of all Area Managers who are part of First Call.  “I take pride in details!
