This month’s First Call Focus is on our Chattanooga, TN field office. This location opened in March of 2021 as part of our Appalachian Region that ties in with our Knoxville, TN, Asheville, NC and Bristol, VA field offices. Chattanooga is surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountains and towers over the Tennessee River, spurring the city’s official nickname, The Scenic City.  Chattanooga is the gateway to the Deep South via two major highways, I-75 and I-59.

David Brandle is our Area Manager for the Chattanooga field office.  David is a recent addition to the First Call Family.  He served in the US Air Force for four years and was in the fire service for 20 years. David states “Integrity is first, service before self and excellence in everything I do. I have tried to live by these values throughout my life and career in firefighting and other service-based roles. I bring these values to my new role here in the Chattanooga office. I run this office with the expectation of trust. I trust my supervisors and technicians to handle situations with professionalism and I model those expectations to them. I do not ask anyone to do something that I would not do right alongside them. I am extremely safety minded and I expect those around me to behave accordingly. I believe in ongoing training and education and look for opportunities to learn for both myself and my staff.  I do not wait around for things to happen; I am proactive in my approach.  And as we grow in Chattanooga, I will make First Call thrive because I will go above and beyond for our clients and my employees.”
