Inspections are a major part of what we need to operate and verify quality control. They are done in different forms and fashions throughout FCE. We have pre-trip inspections, done on vehicles and trailers prior to every response. There are monthly shop inspections that are conducted by either the regional manager or director of regional operations. This inspection verifies office safety items are compliant, OSHA standards are met, inventory is sufficient to be ready for any kind of response, and more. Daily expectations performed by Area Managers are also critical. These help to verify that each location and rig are response ready.
These inspections help keep us accountable and organized. Authenticity doesn’t guarantee success in an organization. However, lack of authenticity will most definitely result in failures in an organization. Creating quality control measures help us with that.
