Our First Call Focus this month is featuring our Stafford, VA field office.  This location opened in August of 2020 and has been one of our busiest offices from the very beginning.   Located in Fredericksburg, VA’s Stafford County, this field office is 25 miles south of the Washington, DC beltway, 55 miles north of Richmond, VA and 77 miles Northwest to Winchester, VA allowing our crews to provide strategic coverage to many areas of the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia)

Ethan Jones has been the Area Manager who oversees our Stafford field office for almost a year now. Ethan will be moving into a new position as the Area Manager in our Richmond, VA office soon.  Ethan started as a hazmat technician in August of 2020 and was promoted to Area Manager in May of 2022. Here are his thoughts on what makes the Stafford office unique:

“I think the Stafford field office takes pride in ‘getting it done.’  It doesn’t really matter what the project is, the entire Stafford team is comprised of hard workers who will do whatever it takes, no questions asked.  My team is dependable and ready to respond at any moment.

One thing that I think sets Stafford apart from other field offices is that the team is friends outside of work.  If one person is under-performing, the others hold that person accountable. Lastly, my team values communication to the customer while on site. I feel that our customers always know that the job is being performed correctly and efficiently when working with my team at the Stafford office.”
