Doug Morris

Vice President of Finance and Administration

Doug Morris is the Vice President of Finance and Administration at First Call Environmental. Joining First Call in December 2017, Doug brings over 25+ years experience managing opera-tions involving a number of industries. His previous responsibilities ranged from operations management/improvement, financial management, program/project management and organiza-tional risk and change management. Specifically, Doug brings a Six Sigma and LEAN process improvement methodology as well as a PMP structured project management methodology.

Prior to joining First Call, Doug served as the Chief Operations Officer for a software devel-opment firm managing the developer staff as well as all client interactions. Prior to this role, Doug worked for more than 13 years in a Fortune 100 financial services company managing a broad range of groups mainly involving real estate, HR, procurement/vendor management and mergers/acquisitions. Doug’s education includes a MBA from George Washington University and a BA from the University of Virginia.

In his role as Vice President of Finance and Administration, Doug manages our financial obliga-tions (AP, AR, Banking, etc.), all HR functions as well as the IT/Data Management needs of the company.

In his free time, Doug spends his time with his wife and three teenage children in Henrico, VA
