Our Team

Custis Coleman is responsible for financial management of the company. He works with the CEO to budget and manage all financial aspects of the business. He is responsible for working with investors and financial institutions to help the company meet its financial goals.

Mr. Coleman has founded, purchased, and sold fifteen businesses in environmental and healthcare consulting, insurance brokerage, real estate development and manufacturing. He focuses on opportunities located within Central Virginia and provides capital and management to start ups and turn-around business situations.

Based upon his experience with insurance, real estate development, and consulting he is well positioned to assist companies who need to mitigate environmental and financial risk. He is currently working with real estate companies who desire to purchase environmentally compromised buildings which required his ability to raise capital to purchase these assets, plus the expertise to clean up these environmental issues cost effectively.

Mr. Coleman received his B.A. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
