This month our project spotlight is focused on our Winston-Salem office who received a request to conduct a site evaluation and provide an estimate for a remediation needed after a motor vehicle crash in the front yard of a residence.

A site evaluation was conducted by the Greensboro office and the information was provided to Mike Way (Southern Region Sales Manager) to build an estimate for the project.

During the site walkthrough on the day of remediation, a large water leak was discovered in the front yard. The leak was determined to have been caused by emergency vehicles that responded to the crash. Regional Manager, Garrett Braddy, notified the resident of the leak. He then assisted the homeowner in notifying the proper departments; who informed the resident it was their responsibility to repair the damage. Within a few days all supporting elements were in place and the site was remediated. After First Call completed the remediation, Garrett went above and beyond to assist the homeowner with repairing the water leak by digging up the damaged area to expose the pipe for repair.

The collaboration between Sales, Operations and the Project Manager allowed First Call Environmental to complete the job in under a month’s time.

This project is a great example of teamwork and customer service. Well Done North Carolina Crew!
